Aurora Campus Library Services

  • In-class and out of class instruction on a range of topics including: research skills, citing sources, writing clinics, study skills, taking notes, and time management
  • Drop-in assistance to students on research topics as needed 
  • Library tours and computer lab orientations
  • Assistance using the computers accessing online databases 
  • Assistance setting up student computer accounts 
  • Exam invigilation available for outside students. Call 867-777-7814 or email examsinuvik@auroracollege.nt.ca
  • Photocopying/ printing is for students only and is free of charge
  • Students may use supplies such as scientific calculators, whiteboard markers, pens, pencils, scrap paper, staplers and three hole punches

Yellowknife/North Slave Campus Library Services

  • Photocopying for staff/students
  • Free printing for staff/students
  • 1 quiet room for study with some computers – this room not private but is meant to be silent
  • Interlibrary Loans for staff (Students also welcome to use this service but note that it takes about 2 weeks)
  • Reference/research assistance by librarian and library tech
  • Laptops for staff use
  • Polycoms for staff use
  • Office supplies available for staff/students, eg. three-hole punch, stapler, paper cutter, pencil sharpener, etc.
  • Library instruction as requested
  • Ability to reset student passwords as requested
